Casa Connie sits high in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas’ private gated hillside community, with sweeping views across the neighborhood, Cabo Marina, and San Lucas Bay. The mood is grand but easygoing: nearly 6,000 square feet, six king bedrooms, and terraces that pull the harbor light right into the house.
Every bedroom is set with a king bed, which makes this villa unusually democratic for a group of 12. No one is quietly drawing the short straw. The master bedroom opens to a private terrace and has a ceiling painted like a soft, cloud-filled sky, a playful detail that keeps the scale of the villa from feeling too formal. Bedrooms two through five also include private terrace bathrooms, and the sixth king bedroom is set in the casita with its own en-suite bath.
The main living spaces are designed for lingering. A gourmet kitchen with rich wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, a blender, coffee maker, microwave, and wine fridge gives the cook plenty to work with. The dining room seats up to eight for a proper sit-down meal, while the living room gathers plush sofas around wide windows and ocean-facing views. Crestron and Sonos, an iPhone connection, large flatscreen TV, high-speed internet, and free Wi-Fi keep the house thoroughly current, though the terrace may win most arguments for your attention.

Beyond Amazing! This property is absolutely incredible, exceeding our expectations in every way. Our group of 11 had more than enough space and spent many hours poolside enjoying the view. The house and property are maintained by an amazing and friendly staff. Casa Connie is on par with other luxury properties we have stayed at. Casa Connie & Casita Cabo Dream We actually had to switch to different property the rental agency manages, due to s booking issue. However, the staff made it very easy to select another property, and we loved every minute of our stay at Casa Connie & Casita. Beautiful views, ultimate luxury, and very close to downtown Cabo, the marina etc. Can't wait to go back.
Perfect Vacation Property We had the best 7 day family vacation. Casa Connie is an scrupulously clean immaculate property. This is a beautiful home with lots of space, fantastic gardens, numerous patios, fountains and 2 pools. Children were happier staying at home than going to the beach. A competent friendly staff who actually drove out and did a couple of errands for us. Highly recommended, met our expectations and more. We will stay here again next year.

Casa Connie Exceptional stay at Casa Connie - everything was perfect: the staff, the surroundings, the furnishings, the view! I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay in Cabo. Easy and safe walk to town too.
Casa de Connie The house is amazing, location in pedregal perfect an easy walk downtown. The concierge service was not as easy as my previous stays in Cabo with other services. This company seemed less flexible and very corporate. We ended up setting up a lot of our own rides and reservations as it was less expensive and easier. I will say the dinner at the house they arranged was amazing and they were all very nice but again not super flexible. Other than that I’d stay at this place again absolutely!
