About the Property
Casa Par sits in Punta Ballena, one of Cabo San Lucas’ most prized gated communities, with the rare luxury of being right across from the private beach club, gym, spa, restaurant and resort-style pools. A six-seat golf cart is included, so the little rituals of the day, coffee by the water, a swim, a sunset drink, never become a production.
This five-bedroom villa is made for groups who want space, privacy and a proper Cabo view. The terrace looks out toward the Sea of Cortez, with an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor fireplace and a full outdoor kitchen for long alfresco dinners. During whale season, the deck becomes its own quiet theater. No ticket required, just patience and a chilled glass from the wine fridge.
Inside, the villa balances modern comfort with warm Baja ease. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, making Casa Par especially comfortable for families, couples traveling together or multi-generational stays. Three king bedrooms give the grown-ups room to claim their corners, while the two queen-bedroom configurations add flexibility for children, friends or the cousin who always packs too much.
The location is a genuine advantage. Guests are close to a swimmable beach, fishing, golf, tennis, diving and snorkeling, surfing, shopping, restaurants and Cabo nightlife, with Esperanza Resort and its dining options next door. Back at the villa, the atmosphere slows down beautifully: Sonos on the terrace, BBQ warming, pool lights coming on, the whole scene turning gold at sunset.

Great location, view and property We had 5 couples stay for a birthday celebration. The home is very pretty and the location was excellent. We were one row up from the beach, just above the beach club and the views are even better than the pictures. The outdoor space was really nice and plenty of room for our party of 10. The staff was excellent as well. Only suggestion is that if you have 5 couples, one room is quite small and best for kids or a nanny. (It does have a queen bed which was great). We all really enjoyed our stay!
Great stay with Kids Casa Par was perfect for our family trip. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed our drinks by our butler. We will be back.
Quick Trip Came down for a quick Cabo getaway and Casa Par was perfect. Nice views, quiet setting, and a really comfortable place to just unwind. Would definitely stay here again.
Great Experience The pictures don’t do Casa Par justice. It was even nicer in person. The outdoor areas were our favorite part, we ended up staying in most nights and the rental agency arranged Chef, Butler, Massages and Wine Tasting with our butler.
Great Location We really liked where Casa Par is located, central, quiet and private and only a short drive to restaurants and activities. It felt like the best of both worlds.

Amazing Trip! We had an amazing week. The house exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for relaxing and just minutes from all the excitement of downtown Cabo. Having your own heated pool and hot tub, plus the pool just a few feet away next to the water, was a bonus. There is no need to rent a car. The rideshare service was very reliable. Thanks for everything.
Amazing Trip! Our stay was just with the doctor ordered! My girlfriends and I had an amazing time. All we wanted was a relaxing and aesthetically, pleasing environment, great food, and quality time with each other, and we got just that. The staff was amazing and accommodating, and I'll definitely look forward to booking again.
