Diamond Villa sits on the beachfront in Shore Pointe, Cupecoy, with the Caribbean Sea taking up the view so completely that every room gets its own blue horizon. Behind a private gated entrance, the villa feels calm and polished: crisp modern architecture, warm wooden accents, tropical gardens, and the sort of terrace where sunset becomes the evening plan.
The layout gives a group room to spread out across three levels. On the entry level, a grand hallway and spiralling staircase set the tone, with three king bedrooms opening to private balconies. Each of the five bedrooms has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, so no one draws the short straw. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably.
Downstairs, the main living level opens into a generous indoor lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The space moves naturally outdoors to a covered dining terrace, open-air lounging areas, and a private infinity-edge pool with a distinctive round in-pool seating area. Outdoor fans help on still afternoons, though Cupecoy’s sea breeze usually has opinions of its own.
Practical comforts are handled with care: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a sound system, housekeeping, beach towels, laundry facilities, and a generator. Arrival is softened too, with complimentary airport arrival and departure transfers, a welcome box, luggage drop-off allowed, and a personal Guest Experience Specialist. Babysitting can be arranged, and children are accepted, including infants, though the pool is unfenced and parents should exercise caution.

Loved the layout! — Loved the layout of Diamond in St Maarten for our group of 5 couples. Views were amazing and enjoyed watching the planes and cruise ships arrive every day. Communication prior to trip was very beneficial for coordinating rental cars, tours, and groceries. Concierge during our stay was very helpful and responsive
Amazing! — Villa Diamond is amazing. House had breathtaking view of ocean. House has all amenities including hand soap in each bathroom. The concierge was amazing, always a call or text away. House keeping service was great as well. House is located in very safe neighborhood and supermaket is right outside.
Recommended for larger groups! — Villa Diamond was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the ocean! Bedrooms were spacious with individual bathrooms in each room. The concierge was VERY accessible and replied immediately to any questions/issues. The location is part of a private community with a security Booth and gate at the front which created a nice and secluded environment throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for larger groups as there was plenty of room for everyone (we were a group of 10) with great amenities such as a large kitchen and grill for cooking. We will definitely be back!
