Set in El Altillo, within Puerto Los Cabos, La Casa de Villa looks across the Jack Nicklaus golf course toward the ocean, with the Sierra de la Laguna foothills giving the whole scene a quieter, greener edge than you might expect this close to San José del Cabo. It is private, gated, and built for guests who plan to spend as much time outside as in.
The villa has five bedrooms and five en-suite bathrooms, sleeping up to 17 guests. The layout is generous: two king suites, a third bedroom with two king beds, a two-queen room, and a final bedroom with a queen and twin. Imported Italian and French furnishings bring old-world polish to the brighter Cabo palette, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and high-speed WiFi keeping the practical side nicely handled.
The main living areas open through broad glass doors to an outdoor kitchen, gas BBQ, pizza oven, dining terrace, heated pool, and Jacuzzi. Golf views roll out in front; ocean views sit beyond. Inside, the gourmet kitchen includes professional appliances, a wine fridge, espresso machine, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and water purification system, making long breakfasts and late dinners feel wonderfully unforced. A wet bar and bistro with premium wine do not hurt, either.
Evenings can go cinematic or casual. There is a home theatre with a 100-inch cinema screen, plus Netflix, Apple TV, satellite TV, a stereo system, and SMART home features. For beach time, guests have access to the Puerto Los Cabos private beach club, with the beach about a 30-minute walk away and the club a short five-minute drive from the villa.

Incredible property! Had an incredible stay at la casa de villa for my bachelorette party! The house was perfect for our group of 9. The air conditioners worked very well and we loved the pool, hot tub, and the home theatre! Some of the recliners in the home theatre need reupholstering but other than that we have zero complaints and can't wait to visit again! Special shout outs to our incredible concierge in Cabo, who was available to us day and night. Our chef, thank you for making the most delicious meals. The food was so good, we didn't even go out to a restaurant! Our butler, we love you. He was so professional and kind and he really took care of us for our whole stay. Also the rest of the villa staff, thank you so much for your hospitality. The trip was a 10 out of 10! We recommend renting a boat with a local charter company--that was definitely the highlight of the trip! Thank you to the rental agency, we can't wait to stay with you again!

Amazing House & Service The house was beautiful, full of great spaces to hang out, and the rental agency made the whole trip so easy. Between the service and the property itself, it felt like a true luxury getaway.

Infinity Pool with a View The infinity pool and hot tub looking out over the golf course were amazing. We spent so much time out there, already planning our next stay.
Perfect Golf Trip Spot We came for a golf trip and staying right on the course was so cool. It made getting to our tee times easy, and after a round, we could relax in the pool and watch golfers go by. Couldn’t have picked a better place for this kind of trip.
