The villa is designed for outdoor living, with multi-level Epi wood decks, shaded terraces, and wide covered gazebos for unhurried meals, barbecue evenings, and the kind of sunset hour that quietly steals the schedule.
The main indoor living area opens to the upper deck, keeping the villa airy and social. Below, the private outdoor pool sits among sun decks and shaded corners, so guests can move between swimming, reading, and doing absolutely nothing with admirable seriousness. For a livelier afternoon, La Hacienda also includes access to a pickleball court and basketball field, handy for guests who like a little friendly competition before dinner.

100% Will Be Back — Lovely property. Highly recommend. Some visitors mentioned the chickens, which initially made me nervous - however, no chicken noises woke us during our stay. We did hear them at the pool but did not find it bothersome. House is very, very well appointed - much of the furniture appears new. Location was ideal for getting into town for groceries, dinner, and nearby beach clubs. House is behind private gate so we felt very secure. Daily housekeeping kept the house clean and linens fresh. The villa team made the experience perfect with daily check ins and arrangement of massages/dinner recommendations. By the end of our stay we were checking for additional availability at this house. Will 100% be back.

Perfect! — We stayed at La Hacienda to celebrate a milestone birthday and it could not have been more perfect. The villa is absolutely stunning - elegant, spacious, and ideal for a group gathering while still feeling intimate and private. The views, the pool, the ambiance… everything felt elevated and special. It truly set the tone for an unforgettable week in Sint Maarten. Grateful for such a beautiful home and a seamless experience. Perfect for 14 people! — We had the perfect stay at La Hacienda, the villa grounds is very large and private with many areas to spread out for our group of 14 people: the views from the deck are picture perfect, the pool area was great to relax, the location is only a few minutes to everything you could possibly need and the staff was very responsive, I highly recommend staying here!
Amazing Villa — Amazing villa on the beautiful french side of St Martin. Close to everything. The grocery store is less than 5 minutes drive. Maho Beach and the main strip is less than 10mins. One of the best beaches, Mullet Bay is also less than 10mins drive. The villa is absolutely breathtaking. The views are amazing, lots of space and very well kept. All the staff are an absolute pleasure to work with and super responsive. From the moment we checked in until our check out we received 5 star service. From the concierge, to management to the housekeeper the service was just phenomenal. I highly recommend this villa for anyone who's looking for a real luxury stay with lots of space and high-end living. Thank you so much for all your hospitality. You all really made our stay incredibly accommodating.

Absolutely gorgeous — We came to St. Martin to Celebrate a big birthday and it was well worth it. This was our first time to stay at Hacienda and it was absolutely gorgeous. From our airport pick up to our departure the villa staff was available and on point. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and all of its amenities. We cooked large family meals and dined at all places from the kitchen to deck table to lounge card table and even poolside. I would definitely stay here again. We had 3 families with kids from 11 to 16 and everyone had room to get away from each other when needed. Thank you again.
