About the Property
Luna Sea is a newly renovated 4-bedroom oceanfront villa in Turtle Tail, set above the calm blue sweep of the Caicos Banks and Providenciales’ southern shoreline. Expanded from two to four bedrooms in 2024, the villa has been designed for unhurried Caribbean days: coffee with ocean views, kayaks pointed toward nearby cays, afternoons by the water, and sunset from the roof deck with 360-degree views of the ocean and Flamingo Lake.
The layout is particularly well suited to couples traveling together, families with older children, or a small group that values privacy. Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, separate entrance, and private ocean-view balcony, so everyone gets a little breathing room. The configuration includes three king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Inside, Luna Sea is self-catered and comfortably equipped, with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, ceiling fans, laundry facilities, and the practical little things that make a villa stay feel easy. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms, with metered use billed based on consumption.
Days can stay beautifully quiet at the villa, though Grace Bay Beach and the Grace Bay dining and shopping area are about 15 minutes away when you want a livelier evening. Luna Sea also includes beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, cooler-style beach gear, and kayaks, so beach-hopping and water time do not require much planning. Blissfully dangerous, really.

Our stay at Villa Luna Sea was exceptional. The view, house, and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The villa is private and serene, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommend for a lovely couples’ vacation!
What a lovely spot to spend a week.
This is our first time at Luna sea and
fourth time to T&C. Really nice to have everything you need at the house for cooking, water sports. Our favorite rooms had the lovely
ocean view from each bathroom. If we stay again, we might leave the kids at home & come with 3 other couples, as this seems to be what the house designed for. Thanks to Jojo who made sure we had everything in working order.
