Villa Infinity Blue

Villa Infinity Blue sits in the private residential enclave of Les Terres Basses, with direct private access to Baie Rouge and a view that earns the name honestly: ocean blues, island silhouettes, and that particular Saint Martin light that makes lunch linger longer than planned.

Renovated in 2022, this six-bedroom villa has been finished with refined décor and up-to-date comforts, but the real story is the space. The main level opens to the reception living area, the principal terrace, and the main pool, which is heated from December 17 to April 15. Outside that period, pool heating may be arranged for an additional fee. The pool area is fully enclosed for privacy and calmer, wind-free lounging, with generous sunbeds, daybeds, shaded seating, and a fully fitted outdoor kitchen and bar beside a covered dining area for 12.

There are six large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Three bedrooms sit on the main level with access to the main pool and terrace. The lower level is reached by exterior stairs and holds three additional bedrooms, two of them with direct access to the second pool and the gym. The layout works beautifully for a multi-family stay or a group of friends who like being together, then disappearing for a quiet hour with a book, a swim, or, let us be honest, a nap.

Days at Infinity Blue can be as energetic or as horizontal as you like. There is a Jacuzzi, pool table, gym, yoga area, SUP boards, and easy access to beachcombing, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, surfing, golf, hiking, fishing, bird watching, and the reefs around Saint Martin. Shops, restaurants, groceries, bars, and the Dutch and French sides are about a 10-minute drive away, so dinner plans do not need to become a logistical saga.
