Designed by Adriana Hoyos, this seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom villa has the scale for a full house, sleeping up to 18 guests with room to spread out. The main living areas open toward the ocean, with a gourmet kitchen, generous dining spaces, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning throughout. Outside, the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, fire pit, and view terraces handle the heavy lifting. Morning coffee here has a way of becoming a long, blue-sky committee meeting.
The bedroom layout works especially well for families, wedding groups, and friends traveling together. The master suite has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each offer two queen beds and private terrace bathrooms. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each have one queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 6 has a king bed and en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom 7 is set with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The house and excellent service made it a vacation to remember! Villa Renata was awesome! The beautiful house as well as the excellent service by the villa management team made it a vacation (and birthday celebration) to remember. All of the extras they helped us put together, including a mariachi band performance and a sunset cruise, made it even more special. We had our chef for breakfast and dinner, and he was fantastic! He is a great guy and I would request him again. Our bartender was diligent and super attentive. Our concierge was also very helpful with all the questions and concerns we had.
Amazing! we have returned home and reminiscing about our stay at Villa Renata. No words can describe how wonderful a time each of us shared for the entire week, at this absolutely magnificent home in Cabo. Ten of us had never been there before, and already, there are discussions about when we could all return again. Thank you to our agent for the suggestion of our chef. Every meal was as good as the previous one, and not fully knowing what he would prepare that day made it much more enjoyable. He accommodated everyone who had food allergies, or items they just didn't like he was the BEST!!
Family Gathering Success We brought three generations together here and it couldn’t have been smoother. The kids loved the game room and pool, while the grandparents enjoyed the rooftop lounge and fire pit at sunset. The house felt ultra-lux and comfortable, not stiff. Being in Santa Carmela meant we were close enough to restaurants and shops but tucked away enough to feel like our own resort.
Best Trip! We loved the style and comfort rolled into one. Our concierge helped book a yacht, chef dinner, and even a yoga class on the terrace. Best vacation we’ve had in years.

Perfect for a Big Group We were a group of 14 and this place handled us effortlessly. Seven bedrooms, huge living / lounge areas, and multiple outdoor spaces meant everyone had space to relax or hang out. The pool, hot tub and terrace fire features were big hits. The location, just north of Cabo San Lucas in Santa Carmela, felt private yet convenient. Highly recommended for large gatherings.
