Villa Mumbai sits directly on the beachfront in Shore Pointe, Cupecoy, a gated enclave on Sint Maarten’s western edge where the Caribbean takes up most of the conversation. With three king bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms, and room for six guests, it is a clean, elegant fit for three couples or a small family that prefers equal bedrooms and no awkward room lottery.
The villa keeps daily life pleasantly simple. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, stereo system, safe, and linens are all in place, along with housekeeping and the practical comforts that make a stay feel settled rather than improvised. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes, and silverware, so breakfast on the terrace can be as easy or as ceremonial as you like.
Outdoors, Villa Mumbai leans into its shoreline setting. The private pool, terrace, patio, and barbecue give the day an easy rhythm: coffee facing the water, a swim before lunch, grilled dinner after the sun has done its pink-and-gold performance over Cupecoy. There is parking, luggage drop-off is allowed, and the gated community adds a welcome sense of privacy.

Absolute paradise. — This place was absolute paradise. The service was top-notch! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Our concierge made us feel right at home and very welcomed. We are looking forward to coming back soon!
Will see you again! — Everything was top-notch. This was our 1st time to the island and this place exceeded all our expectations. Our concierge made sure all our plans came through and the housekeeper is such a kind and sweet person. She made sure this place was nice and tidy. Mumbai Villa is such a spectacular place with the best views. The nearby beach and bar is a great place to stop at and Mullet Bay is hands down the best beach on the island but Maho beach is one for the books with the planes coming in and out. We will see you again St. Martin!!
Hope to visit again — Can't believe our time here has passed so quickly. This was truly a spectacular vacation. The Mumbai Villa is amazing. Everything has exceeded our expectations. Our concierge took care of all of our questions and needs. The housekeeper was exceptional. She not only keeps the villa pristine and organized, but she was extremely helpful with information about the local area. We visited many beaches and our favorite restaurant was Alto. We hope to visit again some day!

Well cared for — What an amazing stay we had on our first visit to St. Martin. Mumbai is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 6. Amazing Experience — We cannot say enough about our experience staying with our family. From the time we arrived here at Mumbai to the experiences around the island, the dinners at Ocean 82, Emilios and L'Ateliers, we had a great time. Everyone was super!

Exactly as Pictured — The villa is EXACTLY as pictured online. The view is beautiful and the location was very convenient to a grocery store , restaurants, and the marina just across the street. Dany's Beach Bar is also right next door. We weren't able to access the beach due to the rocks but we were informed in advance that was a possibility so we expected that. We were very pleased with our stay!
Fantastic Property — This is a fantastic property and is exactly as shown. That said, some aerial photos may show a beach just outside the property, but that beach was washed away in the hurricane a few years back. We did not miss having a beach, because the patio and pool area are fantastic- plus, Mullett Bay Beach is 5 minutes away. Cupecoy Beach, and Dany's Beach Bar, are a two minute walk from your front door. It is a very secure location, and we always felt very safe and comfortable. The security staff are very attentive and always on site. The location is perfectly situated on the island. 15 minutes to Simpson Bay. 10ish minutes to Maho Beach. 7-8 minutes to Nettle Bay. There is a well stocked grocery store just across the street along with several decent restaurants. I would suggest purchasing plastic or stainless drinkware if you want to have drinks next to the pool. The home only stocks glassware- and plenty of it. We took advantage of the provisioning service through Les Halles, and it was very nice to have our groceries all put away when we arrived. We also had our rental car delivered. Both saved a lot of time and allowed us to quickly get to fun and sun. Our housekeeper takes exquisite care of the property. Plenty of clean towels, beautiful bedding, all immaculate.
Breathtaking — St Martin did not disappoint! Villa and beach are breathtaking!! Time flew by too fast! Missing views already…
