Villa Pacifica - Palmilla is a six-bedroom beachfront villa in Palmilla Norte, set inside the exclusive gated Palmilla community with direct access to the sand and a front-row view of the Sea of Cortez.
The home has the easy warmth of classic Mexican design: terracotta floors, white walls, graceful archways, handcrafted woods, and hand-painted tilework that gives the bathrooms and kitchen real character. The main living and dining area opens through wide sliding glass doors, so the room seems to spill straight out to the terrace, pool, lawn, and beach beyond. It is the sort of layout that makes shoes feel slightly beside the point.
Outdoors, the villa is made for long, unhurried days. There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, palapa, deck loungers, BBQ, and open-air dining space, with the beach only a few steps below. Inside, guests have air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, a large flatscreen TV, stereo system, high-speed internet, and a full kitchen with a coffee maker, blender, microwave, bottled water, and a water purification system.
Villa Pacifica sleeps up to 16 guests across six bedrooms and five bathrooms, including a separate casita for extra privacy. The master bedroom has one king bed and one twin with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each have two queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 has one king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The casita includes one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom.
Service is part of the rhythm here. Concierge support is included, along with pre-arrival liaison, 24/7 support, maid service, rental car delivery, and private security within the gated community. Guests may also request reservations and tee times for Palmilla Golf and Tennis, with additional fees applying.

We had an amazing time! April 2018 We stayed for a week, went out to some of the best restaurants, went fishing and shopping . Our concierge and chef, along with the office team, were all very helpful. We are trying to figure out when we can return!
We had a great time! We all had a fabulous time. The location was perfect and the views were breathtaking. We had daily passes to Club 96 which made our trip even better! We would return to this beautiful villa in a heartbeat! Our multi-generational family group enjoyed a wonderful sunny March week at Villa Pacific Palmilla. The villa itself Is lovely, well-equipped and its position on the beach is perfect. The property is elevated from the sand to provide a gorgeous view of the sea, with multiple outdoor areas for quiet time. The villa staff are friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. The on-site concierge willingly arranged transportation and activities for us, and even brought us an assortment of pool toys for use by the kids (and grownups, as it turned out). I do recommend that the villa description make clear that the casita is not beachfront and is somewhat basic as compared to the luxurious main villa bedrooms. This was fine for the young family in our group but may be a disappointment for couples vacationing together. Having said that, we would return to this beautiful villa in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay! Overall our family had a wonderful three day stay here. The home is beautiful and the concierge was the best. The chef and the staff made us wonderful Mexican dishes. Upon arrival, we were served welcome margaritas and delicious guacamole and salsa. The pool and surrounding area are lovely and overlook the ocean. The access to the ocean was ideal.
Incredible views Our trip went smoothly from beginning to end. The villa was as shown, even better. The layout of the house suited everybody, it was very clean & everything in working order. The chef - prepared dinner at the villa was very delicious & best Tres Leches ever. The welcome guacamole & salsa & margaritas were great as well as the welcome gift bag with coffee & tequila etc. Our villa concierge was extremely helpful and efficient. He checked on us daily & personally met us at various locations to be sure we got to the right place. He was very helpful. Daily housekeeping was quick & efficient.
We are going to make this an annual trip! The house is spectacular! The entire back of the home overlooks a panoramic scene of a deep blue negative edge pool spilling over into the ocean. Every window of the home has a breath-taking view. The house manager is a loving, highly educated, detail oriented person who speaks perfect English. Our wish was her command. She organized a sunset sailboat cruise, snorkeling, and a horseback riding adventure. The staff was so kind and courteous. We had scrumptious dinners overlooking the ocean every night and wonderful breakfasts. Even the house keeper was so kind and welcoming. We are going to make this an annual trip. A perfect week.
