About the Property
Villa Sea Esta sits within Shore Pointe, the residential beachfront enclave at Cupecoy on Sint Maarten’s Dutch side, with the Caribbean Sea spread out ahead and Saba holding the horizon like a little blue secret. It is a four-bedroom villa for up to eight guests, arranged across four levels, so the house has a pleasing sense of privacy as well as room to gather.
The main communal floor is made for easy, unhurried days: an open-plan living and dining area, warm wood tones, bamboo and cane details, a widescreen TV, and glass-paneled doors that open to a furnished terrace. Out here, the view does most of the talking. There is outdoor dining, a barbecue, and the sort of setting that makes one more coffee, or one more glass of something cold, feel entirely reasonable.
The kitchen is open to the living space and well equipped for relaxed villa dining, with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes and silverware, and the everyday conveniences that keep a Caribbean stay from becoming a logistical puzzle. A dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and toaster are all provided.
Bedrooms are spread with comfort in mind. Three bedrooms have king beds, and one has a queen bed. Each bedroom is listed with an en-suite bathroom, and the first-floor king bedrooms include ocean-facing balconies, walk-in closets, double vanities, pebble-floor details, and large open showers. Room-darkening shades help mornings stay civilized, particularly after late dinners or long beach days.
At the top of the villa, the private outdoor pool gives Villa Sea Esta its little flourish. It is intimate rather than showy, a plunge-pool perch above Cupecoy, with the sea below and the neighboring residences around you. The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes housekeeping, Wi-Fi, parking, a generator, and safety equipment, all within a gated community.

Incredible time — We had an incredible time in St Maarten. The whole process with the villa team was wonderful. They were incredibly helpful in preparing for our arrival, arranging for airport pickup, groceries and rental car waiting at the villa and concierge recommendations and help throughout our stay. The location of the villa was an incredible and central “home base” and we enjoyed being able to walk to Cupecoy Beach and the several nearby restaurants in the adjacent village development. 10/10 for convenience. Loved being close to so many things on both the French and Dutch sides. We hope to return soon and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place and the team!
Just like the photos! — Sea Esta included, beautiful views and looked just like the photos. It was very spacious and well stocked. The neighborhood was safe and parking was provided. The concierge was friendly and went above and beyond! The airport transfer was very helpful.
We will be back! — We had an incredible vacation stay at Sea-Esta at Shore Pointe! The pool was perfect for our small family and location right on the Dutch/French border was very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go exploring the island or walking across the street to Cupecoy Harbor. Our concierge was great making recommendations and helping us through our stay. We will be back!
Perfect for group or family! — We stayed at Sea Esta for 10 nights and had an awesome experience. The property is well maintained and exactly as advertised. It's located right on Cupecoy Beach and a very close to a well-stocked grocery store and great restaurants. I highly recommend this property for a group or family!
Great location! — Great location and a beautiful home. We felt at home. Our concierge was amazing and helped with reservations. Clean and neat. There is 4 levels with many steps but it was not an issue for us. Pool is on the top floor. Great view from the pool area. Would stay again. Thanks!
Excellent — We had an excellent time at Sea Esta. The Villa was just like the photos and the sunset views were fantastic. Great place to relax at your private ocean view rooftop pool or visit any of the nearby beaches. Wonderfully located, easy to get to Marigot and Grand Case as well as Simpson Bay. Our concierge was amazing. Very attentive and very detailed in his suggestions on what to do in the Island. We have been coming for 15 years and his restaurants suggestions were top notch. We tried some new places based on his suggestions and they were great! As always had a great experience.
Incredible experience! — Our experience was incredible! The villa was in mint condition, everything worked, nothing broken and the place was extremely clean. The villa team made sure our trip was everything we wanted and were more then willing to help us at every step. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Easy access to the beach — Sea Esta was a wonderful place to stay! The onsite security, informative concierge, and easy access to walk to the beach were just some of the reasons I would come back and book another stay here! I loved it. Thanks again for a great birthday vacation!
